Excellent agent, great attention to detail. As a Veteran I wanted to work with an agent that was also a Veteran. Melinda is very knowledgeable about VA loans and explaining the buying process. She found the perfect house I was looking in Lakeland. I gave her my must haves and was willing to wait. Melinda found the house and also negotiated a lower price.
